• It is your responsibility to know what type of hair you would like and what you need for your desired style. Once an order is placed there are NO REFUNDS. If there is an error on our part; Exchanges are only avaible within 3 days of receipt. If there is a difference in price, you are responsible for the price difference.                                                                                   
  • We strongly encourage you to check your order upon arrival. We will not exchange any hair that has been washed, cut, colored, installed, or altered from its natural state. If there is a problem with your order you must contact us within the 3 day period. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS once this time period has passed. All exchanges must be returned and paid by the buyer.
