- Gems 4 Jewels currently sells Virgin Brazilian, Indian, Peruvian, and Malaysian hair. Virgin Hair has not been chemically processed and the cuticle is still intact. This hair is machine weft and is 4A & 5A grade.
- Virgin hair comes in its natural color. Brazilian, Indian and Malaysian are usually equivalent to a 1B or 2 and Peruvian is usually between a 1B and a 4. This hair can be bleached or dyed if a different color is desired.
- The current hair textures that we offer are straight, body wave, loose wave, deep wave, natural wave, ocean wave, and curly. If you do not see the texture that you want on our website, plese contact us to see if it can be ordered. Email us at [email protected].
- All bundles are about 3.5 oz to 4 oz. The longer the hair the more bundles you will need. Lengths 16" and shorter usually need 2 bundles for a full sew-in. For a full, thick look lengths 18" or longer may require 3 bundles. Lengths 24" and longer will typically need 4 bundles, depending on desired thickness and length combinations. It is your responsibility to know what type of hair you would like and what you need for your desired style. We are not responsible for lack of coverage for sew-ins. Please consult with your stylist for recommendations on how many bundles you need for a full sew-in, we are not responsible for supplying your sew-in quantity.
- Please keep in mind that the lengths are measured straight. So for textures such as deep wave and curly, you may want to order a length higher. (i.e. if you want a wavy 14" you may want to order a wavy 16")
